Statement of Faith:

The Inspired Scriptures – We believe that all the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts, and they are the infallible rule of faith and practice.

The One True God – We believe there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory; that this triune God created all, upholds all, and governs all.

Salvation – We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love; that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men; that He hears and answers prayer; and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the Law, and is made operative exclusively by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works
acceptable to God.

Fall of Man – We believe all people are by nature separated from God and responsible for their own sin, and that salvation, redemption, and forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. When a person repents of sin and accepts Jesus Christ as his/her personal Lord and Savior, trusting Him to save, that person is immediately born again all of his/her sins are forgiven, and that person becomes a child of God.

Water Baptism & Holy Communion – We believe the Lord Jesus Christ committed two ordinances, water baptism and Holy Communion to the Church. We believe in baptism by immersion, and communion, both of which are open to all believers in Jesus Christ.

Divine Healing – We believe that deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement and is a privilege of all believers. We believe in praying the prayer of faith and in the laying on of hands, in conjunction with the anointing of oil for the healing of the sick.

Marriage – According to scripture, we believe marriage is between one man and one woman. The complete story of the creation of man and woman, in addition to the first marriage is recorded in Genesis 2: 1-25. Supporting scripture can also be found in Ephesians 5: 22-,33, I Corinthians 7: 1-40

Sanctification & Christian Living – Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil, and to be dedicated to God. We await the pre-tribulation rapture of the church, and we believe in the literal Second Coming of Christ with His saints to rule the earth, which will be personal and visible. This motivates us to holy living, heartfelt worship, committedservice, and diligent study of God’s Word, regular fellowship, participation in adult baptism by immersion, and the partaking of the Lord’s Supper.

Eternity – We believe that the one who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the lake of fire and, therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. The lake of fire is literal. The terms and used in describing the duration of the punishment of the damned in the lake of fire, carry the same thought and meaning of endless existence as used in denoting the duration of joy for saints in the Presence of God.
